I’m pleased to know many fine photographers (pleased because it means I get to pick their brains occasionally for photo tips), and one of the excellent photographers I met just last year is Peter Carey.
He’s hatched a crazy – and crazy cool – plan to help fund an upcoming trip to Morocco, Tanzania, and Nepal that he’s dubbed the “People, Places, & Patterns Project.” For pledging various amounts, you can not only help get Peter, his camera, and his mad photo skillz on this journey – you’ll also get one of his photos from the trip when he gets back.
Take a look at his website to see the quality of the images he’ll be returning with, and then consider supporting what I think is a pretty creative way to travel.
